We do not offer refunds or returns on jewelry purchases. However, we are happy to offer exchanges within 60 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.

• Items may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

• If the new item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

• No cash or credit refunds will be issued.

After 60 days, all sales are final and exchanges will no longer be accepted. Custom pieces, special orders, and altered items — including resized rings — are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

• Custom designs and special orders require a 50% deposit of the total cost before work begins.

• Once the order is placed or work has begun, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

• The remaining balance is due in full at the time of pickup.

• We will communicate estimated timelines and order details clearly during your consultation.

• Repair timelines vary depending on the type of work needed. With an in-house jeweler, we're able to complete many repairs right here at Western Oregon Jewelers. 

• Payment is due when repair work is completed.

• While we handle every piece with care, some repairs involve delicate or worn jewelry. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural weakness that may affect the outcome of a repair.

We offer complimentary in-store cleaning and inspection.

Regular inspections help prevent stone loss and identify potential issues early. We are not responsible for lost stones if inspections are not maintained.

Appraisals are provided for insurance, estate planning, or personal records. Values may change over time due to market conditions.
